Dolmen el Alto de la Huesera
Discovered by Domingo Fdz. Medrano on August 30, 1948.
It has monumental dimensions, and thanks to the latest research, it seems to be, like most of the group, a corridor dolmen.
Today 6 large-sized sandstone slabs are observed that delimit a polygonal enclosure (2.65 m in diameter). The slabs are placed in a vertical position, with a tendency to meet in the center, as if they were looking for a simple approximation roof system. There is a larger slab, currently dropped into the chamber and that some interpret as a possible cover. Likewise, it presents an uneven burial mound surrounding the chamber.
